Richard Norris is a licensed Civil Engineer and registered Roof Consultant with a Doctorate of Engineering. He brings 33+ years of consultancy, education/academia, and research experience to those who seek an expert witness, forensic investigator, or civil engineer.
His decades of practice include five years as an engineering technician, design and testing of nuclear ships systems, and project management at the IBM Manufacturing Facility in the Silicon Valley – all of which allow him to now perform as a building enclosure specialist providing expertise in the following areas:
